2027 GLOBAL FORUM
ON FOOD AND PHILOSOPHY

From January 27 to 30, 2027, the University of Milan (Italy) will host the Global Forum on Food and Philosophy, promoted by Culinary Mind – Center for the Philosophy of Food in collaboration with the Department of Philosophy at the University of Milan, the Association for the Study of Food and Society (ASFS), and the Future Food Institute.

The event marks the tenth anniversary of Culinary Mind and stands as the first Global Forum dedicated to the philosophy of food. For four days, Milan will become the center of a dialogue bringing together philosophy, science, industry, institutions, and civil society, with initiatives extending into the city's public spaces as well.
 

The event will be primarily an academic conference, but will also include an event for schools and one open to the public.
