The scientific program will cover a broad variety of areas promoting trans- and interdisciplinary lenses, such as: historical perspectives, sensing and feeling, valuing and appraising, sustainability and justice, food ontology and metaphysics, methods and approaches.

The three-day conference will be structured around different formats, including:

• Networking events

• Parallel talk sessions

• Symposia

• Workshops

• Round tables
  

All speakers will have access to coffee breaks and lunches during the working days, while travel and accommodation remain at participants' own expense.
